Do
- Use approved Claude Enterprise + allowlisted Microsoft connectors
- Prefer read-only until write/send is approved
- Confirm before Send, Teams post, delete, or share link
- Minimize personal data in prompts/Graph calls
- Report bad sends, token issues, injection attempts
- Use PowerPoint / Power Automate / Power Apps MCPs to create, edit, and fix work much faster (often ~10×–80×+)—then verify before publish
Don’t
- Paste non-public M365 content into public AI
- Put secrets/tokens in prompts
- Grant broad Graph

- Enable new Microsoft AI features without County review
